24-Month Parts Warranty offered by UD Trucks

A range of new initiatives aimed at increasing availability and reducing prices has been announced by UD Trucks including the launch of a 24-month parts warranty on Genuine UD Truck parts.

Parts fitted at an authorised UD Trucks workshop will be covered by the 24-month warranty. This includes the part and labour.

UD Trucks will also reduce prices as part of its strategy to improve stock availability.  More than 400 components will fall under the price reduction.

The new 24-month warranty and stock strategy, according to Mark Strambi, Vice President UD Trucks Australia, will strengthen the competitive position of UD Trucks in the Australian market.

“We listen very closely to our customer feedback, and as such we have been working tirelessly with our suppliers and our Japanese colleagues to lower the cost of UD Trucks genuine parts and to increase stock availability,” said Strambi.

“At the dealership level, UD Trucks has improved the stock levels of critical parts across the dealer network, and have been rolling out a comprehensive staff training program to improve vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction even further,” he said.

"The New Quon is our best truck ever, and our current aftersales offering is our best total offer ever. With all of the enhancement areas and support of the largest service network across Australia and New Zealand, the value really adds up.”
