Bis secures four-year contract extension for Minara Resources

Mining company, Bis, announced the successful extension of its haulage and site services contracts for Minara Resources at the Murrin Murrin mine in Western Australia’s North-Eastern Goldfields this week.

The multi year extension will see Bis extend its longstanding partnership with Minara, where it has delivered a range of services at the Murrin Murrin site since the operation began in 1998.

Bis provide a range of services at Murrin Murrin including haulage and haul and road maintenance services, calcrete services, and bulk logistics services.

“I am delighted to announce this contract extension, which is an important long-term relationship for Bis,” said Bis CEO, Michael Porter.

“We are proud to have been part of the Minara operations for over 20 years, working in collaboration with Minara to deliver safe and innovative solutions that add value to their operation.

“We look forward to continuing our successful relationship with our colleagues at Murrin Murrin,” he said.

Bis General Manager, Giles Everest, commented on the contract extension. “We are very pleased to be continuing our positive and long-term partnership with Minara at the Murrin Murrin site,” he said. “We look forward to continuing to deliver bespoke solutions for our customer to meet their production and expansion needs.”
