Cat Trucks to tour Aus

Since the global launch of Cat Trucks took place in Uluru late last year, the new truck brand has been receiving much attention; and the first Cat on-road trucks have since hit Australian highways.

The new Cat® CT610 and Cat® CT630 trucks will visit Australia’s major transport hubs during the Cat Trucks National Road Show 2011, which began in Western Australia on 21 January and will continue east until late March, stopping at Cat dealers across the country.

“This exciting tour is designed to give Cat® trucks’ many Australian fans the chance to see these powerful vehicles close up,” said general manager of sales and marketing in Australia for NC2 Global LLC, Jeff Tyzack.

“All throughout the tour, local Cat® dealers will make things easy for customers by offering an open-day opportunity to examine the vehicles, tour their facilities and be able to ask questions about the new Cat truck models.

Customers can be confident that if they purchase a truck, their local Cat dealer will look after them through sales, parts and service.

“Even before these trucks launched in November, they generated a high level of excitement among Cat’s strong following in Australia. We look forward to giving customers an opportunity to check out these powerful new vehicles for themselves.”
