Isuzu to display commitment to excellence at Truck Show

With the Australian truck industry’s premier event, the 2019 Brisbane Truck Show, just weeks away, Isuzu Trucks is set to exhibit an extensive range of customer-focused products and services.

In regard to its comprehensive product range, Isuzu claims there is no other brand with more model options including two-pedal (automated manual and automatic) and turn-key ready-to-work solutions.

Every weight category is catered for, from the car drivers’ licence light-duty N Series, through to the 26,000kg gross vehicle mass (GVM) Giga EXY prime mover.

For those operating off the bitumen, Isuzu Trucks offers a broad range including Australia’s first ever two-pedal 4x4 light-duty truck, the NPS 75/45-155 4x4, with an automated manual transmission option that’s proving popular with emergency services.

Perhaps the most apt example of Isuzu’s fit-for-purpose approach can be found in its Ready-To-Work pre-bodied range, where application-specific body construction is either completed on the production line in Japan or sourced locally through Isuzu approved body builders and fitted prior to delivery to the dealer.

Isuzu’s aftersales suite, Isuzu Care, offers a range of whole-of-life services designed to increase efficiencies, reduce downtime and decrease owner stress levels. It is a crucial element of the company’s ‘customer-first’ approach.

Regarding customer experience as key, the company describes itself as an industry thought-leader and a subject matter expert – backed by decades of experience and collective knowledge.

This is all brought together on Isuzu Trucks’ interactive online Content Hub.

Updated daily, Isuzu’s Content Hub includes thought leadership commentary, customer profile features, product reviews and feature-benefit videos.
In terms of sales advice and support, Isuzu considers that 30 years of overall truck market leadership has enabled it to establish the most professional dealer network, with the most expansive footprint in the country.

Committed staff across the entire dealership network are continually building and maintaining strong customer relationships that foster trust and enhance the Isuzu Trucks experience, the company said.

The Isuzu Trucks stand at the upcoming 2019 Brisbane Truck Show will, according to the company, personify the same commitment to excellence that has helped it become a leader in the Australian truck market for three decades.
