In the lead up to the 2012 ITTES, several B-double trailer combinations travelling along Australia’s highways will be sporting ITTES trailer curtains, serving as mobile billboards for the show.
GTS Freight Management and the Toll Group are the first fleets to have vehicles fitted out with specially designed truck show curtains to advertise the event.
To ensure the message gets out across Australia, all units participating in the marketing initiative have been strategically selected according to the routes they travel on. Running up and down the eastern seaboard, across to the west and from South Australia to Victoria, this unique marketing strategy ensures maximum exposure for the show to attract high visitor numbers.
"The support that we have received from the participating fleets once again has been fantastic,” says Show Director, Clint Hendry.
“The fleet guys believe that the Melbourne event is a real showcase of our industry and what it has to offer. They want to do what they can to not only see it thrive and continue to grow but to also show their support to their highly valued suppliers who will be exhibiting at the event. They also believe that this event reflects perfectly the highly professional environment that is the transport industry.”
Subject to availability, all vehicles participating in the curtain campaign will be on show at the 2012 ITTES, which will be held at the Melbourne Showgrounds from 15-17 March.
The 2012 ITTES will feature almost 400 exhibitors including every major truck manufacturer and over 50 trailer manufacturers.
Entry to the show is free and registration is now available via the official ITTES website, www.trucktrailershow.com.au. Pre-registering offers visitors express entry and allows them to keep up to date with all of the latest event and exhibitor news. It also provides free entry into the Friday night concert which will feature lead singer of Noiseworks, Jon Stevens, along with Shannon Noll and the up-and-coming Josh Owen Band.
