Leading quarry operator joins Global Heavy Vehicle Leaders Summit

Paul Cootes – Managing Director of Melbourne-based business, Cootes Quarry Products – will join the regulatory session at the Global Heavy Vehicle Leaders Summit on 8 May at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

With over 20 Performance-Based Standards (PBS) approved combinations on the road, Cootes is passionate about the gear and the process of ensuring a smooth regulatory process.

Chaired by former Victorian Transport Association CEO, Phil Lovel, the ‘Regulation Innovation’ session will be a standout at the Global Heavy Vehicle Leaders Summit. In addition to exploring what regulatory reform is needed, the session will also facilitate an extensive discussion on PBS – including the launch of an exclusive report on the state of the PBS marketplace.

The Summit will also touch on harmonisation, automation and autonomous vehicles, ownership of companies and equipment as well as road pricing, environmental regulations, new propulsion systems and human resources.

Attendees can network with CEOs, managing directors, general managers and heads of production of the world’s leading truck, trailer and equipment manufacturing businesses.

Tickets are on sale now, and as the official launch event for MEGATRANS2018, attendees are provided complimentary access across the three days of the trade expo as part of their registration.

Registrations close shortly; order your tickets today.
