A MAN TGS 26.540 tipper spec unit will be displayed as part of Penske's offering at the Brisbane Truck show later in the week.
The commercial vehicle product specialist said the 6x4 500hp tipper spec unit would facilitate higher payload and improved productivity for customers thanks to a low tare weight chassis.
According to Managing Director of Penske Commercial Vehicle Kevin Dennis the TGS 26.540 is suited to both construction site and intrastate work.
“The truck offers great visibility making it ideal on heavily‐populated work sites, not to mention an excellent turning circle resulting in exceptional manoeuvrability," he said.
“We have seen customers consistently realising over 40 tonne payloads achieved through light chassis weight and optimal trailer designs."
“With MAN, customers can count on outstanding fuel efficiency, low whole‐of‐life costs, maximum safety and comfort, and proven reliability. And that’s exactly what the TGS tipper spec unit delivers,” said Dennis.
In addition to the TGS 540hp tipper spec unit, MAN Truck & Bus will also have a TGX D38 580hp and a TGX D38 640hp PerformanceLine unit at the show.
DJR Team Penske’s Dick Johnson will be at the stand from 11.30am on Sunday May 19 for a meet and greet with show attendees.
