Royan announces new Board and senior appointments

Truck and trailer accident repair specialist, Royan Group, has announced the formation of a Group Board, along with two senior management appointments.

The Royan Group Board consists of the five company directors Bill Andrews, Gary Andrews, David Church, Darren Church and Peter Royan, and in the future, two further external, advisory directors will be appointed.

In addition, Royan also announced that Steve O’Reilly has been appointed Group General Manager and Garry Woodcock as Group Compliance Manager. O’Reilly has served 21 years service with the Group, where he commenced as Development Manager, served as Sydney Branch Manager and more recently Group Administration Manager. Meanwhile, Woodcock has been with Royan for 37 years, starting with the company an apprentice mechanic in Sydney in 1979.

According to Royan Group, the announcements come as a result of an extensive project by its shareholders, which included the engagement of specialist advisors to examine several key areas of the business, including succession planning, board structure, shareholding, senior management and decision making, providing a formal structure to direct the business and allow efficient decision making.
