VTA announces free Regional Forums

The Victorian Transport Association (VTA) has shared the dates for its free Annual Regional Forums in May.

According to the VTA, the free forums – being held in Shepparton (10 May), Bendigo (11 May), Portland (18 May) and Leongatha (24 May) – will focus on the theme of Safety and Productivity in Regional Transport, with presentations and practical tips from representatives of the VTA, Victoria Police, VicRoads, WorkSafe and TWUSUPER.

"The forums are a great opportunity for the VTA to engage with regional members about industry and safety issues that are of particular relevance to operators outside Melbourne," said VTA CEO, Peter Anderson.

The forums will run from 7-9am and include a light breakfast, at no cost.
