Isuzu Australia has rewarded nine truck dealerships through its 2016 Dealer Excellence Program.
“IAL has always set the bar high, and we expect the very best from our people across the network,” said Isuzu’s Chief Operating Officer and Director, Phil Taylor. “We’re delighted to bestow nine excellence honours in 2016 and acknowledge the role these dealers have played in helping Isuzu maintain its market leadership for 28 consecutive years.”
Isuzu’s dealer principals and dealerships awarded excellence in 2016 were James Frizelle and Gold Coast Isuzu; Tony Emanuele and North East Isuzu in Adelaide; Luke Taggart and Suttons Motors Arncliffe; Gary Melrose and Gilbert & Roach in Sydney; Anthony Smith and New South Wales’ Midcoast Trucks; Bruce Davey and Webster trucks in Tasmania; James Morphy and Winter & Taylor in Geelong; Ian Deacon and Ballarat Isuzu; and Glenn Leake and Mildura Truck Centre.
Isuzu’s awards program puts all aspects of its dealerships under the microscope, including sales, customer satisfaction, staff training, business management and parts for the entire year.
