The newest dealership in the Australian Daimler Truck network has achieved Elite Support Certification.
Daimler Trucks Brisbane was constructed with a commitment to setting a new level of customer service in the region and has now managed to meet the 129 criteria that make up the Elite Support Certification standard.
Daimler Trucks Brisbane is the fifth dealership in the Velocity Truck Centres stable to achieve Elite Support status.
Located in Darra, a critical transport hub in Brisbane’s South West, the dealership was constructed at a cost of more than $35 million.
It features a 36-bay workshop with two 29 metre B-double pits, a shaker and roller tester, three wash bays, three express assessment bays, an external hardstand for 126 trucks, a separate service reception and service customer lounge in addition to a sales customer lounge.
Elite Support was developed to ensure Freightliner, Fuso and Mercedes Benz truck and bus customers receive the highest level of service and the rigorous process to achieve certification is carried out by an independent assessor.
Features such as customer amenity, communication and responsiveness are among the elements that make up Elite Support Certification along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Daimler Truck Australia Pacific President and CEO, Daniel Whitehead, said Daimler Trucks Brisbane has demonstrated a strong commitment to its customers, which has been recognised by the Elite Support Certification.

The dealership team has done an incredible job, according to David Lowe, Dealership General Manager, to implement the 129 Elite Support criteria.
