Leading freight and logistics firm, Centurion, has recognised its Senior Transport Supervisor with an award.
Recepient Joshua McDade, who is in his fourth year at the company, received the citation after embodying respect, integrity, passion, persistence, accountability — otherwise known as the core RIPPA values at Centurion while implementing recent changes across its MetroCLX and Linehaul departments.
The company acknowledged that these upgrades have helped improve efficiencies significantly.
McDade, according to Centurion, plays a paramount part in the day-to-day running of operations.
Runner-up for the award, given for the Q2 2020 period was Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer & Assessor Maxwell French.
Working from Centurion's Brisbane-depot, French is an instrumental figure behind training compliance across the company's Queensland branches.
Each quarter, Centurion recognises employee achievements through their hard work, dedication and embodiment of our RIPPA values - Respect, Integrity, Passion, Persistence and Accountability.
He joined Centurion last year.
"Often travelling in is own time, Max has worked with operational teams across depots to accomplish some amazing results," the company said in an online statement.
