One of the certified Intelligent Access Program (IAP) providers, Omnistar, is being taken over by another IAP provider, Transtech Driven. Transport Certification Australia, which administers the IAP has been working with the two companies to facilitate a smooth transition for IAP users.
This development in the ongoing story of telematic monitoring of trucks and drivers in this government scheme sees the number of certified IAP providers drop to just four.
