A completely new cabin design as well as a new engine are included in the latest release by UD in the Japanese domestic market. The Condor is the name used in Japan for the new truck. However, it has yet to be confirmed whether UD will use this name or continue with the MK model name it has used for this truck in the past.
The redesigned cabin brings the UD range right up to date, replacing the long-lived current design. The new engine will replace the current Hino power plant the company has been using for the past few years. Further details on the new models are expected to appear in the lead up to the new model’s introduction onto the Australian market early in 2011.
